The Congress Service company carried out comprehensive maintenance of the event. A live broadcast from the Clinic's operating rooms to the Hotel's conference rooms was organized, audio feedback with surgeons for question/answer sessions was provided, and a video recording of the event was made.
The conference halls of the hotel were equipped with sound amplification equipment, simultaneous translation, projection and video equipment
